The Enso Earth™ +HUB is now live in its soft-launch phase: a 100% virtual collaboration and mentorship platform designed to bring together the world’s best minds in regenerative design, engineering, and education.

The +HUB is not a building. It’s a living network — a digital commons where experience meets curiosity, and ideas turn into real projects that teach, inspire, and regenerate.

The +HUB’s founding philosophy, Positive+Water, reframes how we think about sustainability.

Water can’t be “net positive” — it’s a finite element. But it can be abundant when we design systems that keep it moving — cleanly, locally, and continuously.

The +HUB launches under the leadership of:

Denise Mall, Founder and Executive Director of Enso Earth™ — systems designer, strategist, and creative force behind the Positive+ philosophy.
Andrew De Freitas, Technical Director of the +HUB — a seasoned engineer with nearly 40 years of design and mentorship experience, now leading our global training and collaboration programs.

Together with Therina, Jan, and a growing circle of mentors and collaborators, they are building a global space where technical excellence and human purpose evolve side by side.
